Who we are

Founded in 2008, BTB Solutions is an American-owned OEM and custom machine builder headquartered in Washington State. With deep roots in the Pacific Northwest manufacturing community, we began as a full-service system integrator focused on building automation that performs reliably in real production environments.

BTB Solutions Founder and CEO Nathan Rommel

As demand for standardized automation grew, BTB Solutions expanded in 2022 to begin manufacturing palletizing systems in-house. That step led to the development of our flagship platform, REAPR—a rapidly deployable, scalable palletizing solution designed to integrate cleanly or operate as a standalone system across a wide range of production environments.

Today, alongside custom automation systems, BTB Solutions manufactures three proprietary OEM palletizing platforms—each designed to address different production needs with the same focus on reliability and performance.

REAPR — Rapidly Employed Automated Palletizing
REAPR is built for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing operations that need fast deployment and dependable throughput. It can operate as a standalone system or integrate into complex automated lines, with robust communication that keeps upstream and downstream equipment working smoothly together.

SAPR — Stationary Automated Palletizing
Our original stationary palletizer, SAPR delivers consistent, scalable performance for operations that require a fixed automation solution. Designed for long-term reliability, it functions as a standalone system or as part of a larger automated line.

UNO — The ONE
UNO is a compact palletizer designed to maximize output per square foot. It’s a strong fit for modernizing brownfield facilities or optimizing space in new operations, offering flexibility and efficiency in a small footprint.

At BTB Solutions, we build American-made equipment with a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term performance. Our goal is simple: support domestic manufacturing with automation that’s practical, scalable, and built to work—delivering Fearless Automation with care and precision in every system we build.
