Who We Are

Founded in 2008 by a U.S. Veteran, BTB Solutions is a proudly American-owned OEM and custom machine builder headquartered in Washington State. Our roots are deeply embedded in the Pacific Northwest's manufacturing sector, where we began as a full-service system integrator dedicated to delivering high-performance automation solutions. 

As demand for standardized automation equipment has grown, BTB expanded its operations in 2022 to include in-house manufacturing of palletizing systems. This strategic move led to the development of our flagship product line, beginning with the REAPR - A rapidly deployable, scalable palletizing solution designed for seamless integration or stand alone operation in a wide variety of industrial settings.

In addition to custom machines, BTB Solutions now manufactures three proprietary OEM palletizing systems:

• REAPR - Rapidly Employed Automated Palletizing Solutions

  • Engineered for the warehouse and logistics sector, the REAPR is a cost-effective, easy-to-operate, and highly flexible palletizer. It is built for rapid deployment and can operate independently or be integrated into complex systems, with robust communication capabilities for smooth coordination with other equipment. 

• SAPR - Stationary Automated Palletizing Solutions

  • Our original stationary palletizer, the SAPR is a reliable and versatile solution that can stand alone or function as part of a larger automated line, delivering consistent performance and scalability. 

• UNO - The ONE

  • The newest addition to the BTB lineup, the UNO is a compact, high-throughput palletizer ideal for modernizing brownfield factories or optimizing space in greenfield facilities. It is designed to maximize output per square foot, setting a new standard for efficiency and footprint in industrial automation.
