The REAPR palletizer is available with multiple gripper and clamp options to suit your operation. We can custom build your REAPR to seamlessly fit into your packaging and shipping process. Whether it’s boxes, bags, crates, or buckets, the REAPR has an option that will work for you.

Slip Sheet Option

  • Pickup and place slip sheets  (or tie sheets)

  • Uses middle pallet position

  • Can be added to any end of arm tool

  • Layer(s) to install is selected in the HMI and saved in the recipe

Box Clamp

  • Lift up to 150 lbs of paylod

  • Great for high speed, high payload applications

  • Simple modification of side plates allow for picking of multiple boxes

Fork Gripper

  • Lifts boxes or other items from the bottom

  • Used with roller conveyors

  • Two functions:

    • Fork retract

    • Hold down press

Bag Gripper

  • Lifts bags from roller conveyors

  • HIgh speed palletizing of bags

  • Forks have easily adjustable pitch (distance between forks)

  • Three functions 

    • Fork rotation

    • Side squeeze

    • Hold down press

Vacuum Pad

  • Lifts boxes or other items from the top

  • Lift up to 75 pounds in cardboard

  • Very flexible

Quick Change Tool

  • Allows a for a higher stack height

  • Installed at the factory between the base and the robot

Robot Riser

  • Allows a for a higher stack height

  • Installed at the factory between the base and the robot
