Why I chose “Fearless Automation”
I chose fearless automation as BTB’s new motto because it describes who we are and how we approach our work. We are extremely passionate about automation, and we are not afraid to take on complex and difficult automation projects.
It is important to note that fearless does not mean reckless. In fact, it is the opposite. During my military deployments, I had the privilege to work with some of the finest individuals who, without a doubt, would be labeled as fearless. They exuded courage under fire and were able to operate in some of the most extreme situations. They were not fearless because they were reckless, they were fearless because they had spent years building, refining, and testing their combat skills. While our work is not life and death, our engineers and technicians are similar in their devotion to their craft.
This motto fits us well, and we look forward to taking on the difficult and complex challenges to help move our customers forward.
